General Health and Comfort
Participants may experience discomfort during the virtual navigation exercises. Early signs can include taking deep breaths, closing or rubbing your eyes, or feeling unusually tired — even before you feel overtly unwell. Some participants also develop a headache.
DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY if you experience any discomfort whatsoever, including but not limited to:
• Headache
• Dizziness
• Nausea
• Fatigue
• Eye strain or discomfort
• Symptoms similar to motion sickness
• A general sense of not feeling well
• Discomfort or pain in any part of the body
Continuing use when symptoms are present will not make them better. Stop as soon as you notice any of the above. If symptoms persist after 24 hours, consult your healthcare professional.
